I would like to strongly recommend KeaneTel as a Master Agency for all of your company’s telecommunications needs.

Atlantic City Coin & Slot Service Company has eight offices located across the United States, Canada and Puerto Rico along with nearly 100 employees working from home offices in 39 states and provinces. For many years we worked with local telephone, DSL and cable providers to provide our offices with telephone service and internet access. This resulted in many different carriers, and service numbers. Worse, we were receiving dozens of individual bills each month which required many hours for our accounting department to process and pay.

Approximately one year ago we contracted with KeaneTel to serve as the Master Agency for all our telecommunications and internet needs. Since that time KeaneTel has provided us with a highly reliable managed MPLS network connecting our eight main offices. In addition they connected us with a new internet and telephone based conferencing service which has saved us hundreds of dollars over our previous provider while totally meeting our needs.

Perhaps the best part of KeaneTel’s service, for us, has been our ability to place a single e-mail when we need new service and know that the order will be promptly placed with the correct carrier and installed in a timely fashion. We are always kept informed of the progress of an order. Atlantic City Coin & Slot Service Company orders or cancels dozens of phone, DSL and cable connections each year.
